Construction Delay Prediction

An end-to-end ML system predicting whether a public infrastructure project will be delayed, built as my S2 thesis for Dinas PUPR Kabupaten Bangli. Random Forest binary classifier at 73% accuracy and 0.83 F1 on a 484-project synthetic dataset, served through a FastAPI backend with a documented contract for the frontend team.
